How can we help?
Write to us about anything: a book that won't open, a word the voice gets wrong, an idea. A person reads every message, usually within two days.
Beta testers: [email protected], or take a screenshot in Morrow and send it through TestFlight. Include your iPhone model and, if a book is involved, where it came from.
Common questions
How do I add a book?
Tap + in Morrow and choose an EPUB in Files, or open an EPUB in Safari, Mail or Files and choose Open in Morrow. AirDrop works too.
A book won't open
Morrow reads DRM-free EPUB files. Books bought from Kindle, Apple Books or other stores that lock their files can't be opened; Morrow says so when a file is protected. Fixed-layout EPUBs (picture books, some comics) aren't supported yet.
If a DRM-free EPUB fails, email us and tell us where it came from.
Morrow says my iPhone is almost full
Morrow needs a little room to read aloud. Free some space in Settings → General → iPhone Storage and narration carries on where it left off. Your books, notes and place are never affected.
How do I export my highlights and notes?
Long-press a book on your shelf and choose Export Notes, or export every book from Settings. You get Markdown with each highlight, its note and chapter.
My beta invitation hasn't arrived
Invitations come from Apple's TestFlight, usually within a few minutes of signing up. Check your spam folder for a message from TestFlight. Still nothing after an hour? Email [email protected].
Which iPhones work?
iPhone 11 or later, running iOS 26. Morrow runs on iPad in iPhone mode today; full iPad support arrives during the beta.
How do I delete my data?
Everything you read and write in Morrow stays on your iPhone; deleting the app deletes it. To be removed from the beta list, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us. See the privacy policy.
